When I first made contact with Global snow solutions I had questions about the Snow Dragon Snow Melters. I received a call back within 30 minutes with all the answers to my questions.
Once I purchased my Snow Dragon I was given a delivery date. The machine showed up on my job site on the exact date promised. Global Snow Solutions and a Snow Dragon technician arrived a couple hours before and spent the whole day and part of the next day with myself and my team answering questions and training us on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
